Identified -
We’ve identified an issue in the latest Fulcrum iOS release (2505.0.1) where certain forms using large MBTiles layers may cause the app to crash. Our team is actively working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, we recommend using Google Maps by turning off the Use ESRI Maps setting in your Fulcrum mobile app settings to restore stability.
Apps with advanced geometry may require the layer to be removed from the user's device: 1. Remove access to the MBTiles layer used in the affected forms at the organization level 2. Have users sync their Fulcrum app
This will prevent further crashes.
We understand how disruptive this is and truly appreciate your patience. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support@fulcrumapp.com if you need help identifying the affected layers or applying this workaround.
