The earlier issue caused by a third-party provider has been resolved for Fulcrum.

All Fulcrum services are operating normally. While our provider continues working on parts of their system that do not impact Fulcrum, there is no remaining effect on our platform or customer experience.

We will continue to monitor, but no further impact is expected.

Our third-party provider is still working to fully resolve an issue that is slowing down how quickly recent changes take effect.

At this time, existing services continue to work normally.

The provider is making careful progress to restore normal speed and avoid further disruption. Full recovery is expected within the next few hours.

Our third-party provider, Amazon CloudFront, has confirmed full recovery from the DNS resolution errors that were previously impacting services.

At this time, core functionality has stabilized. However, customers may still experience delays.

The provider is actively working to fully restore normal change propagation speeds. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
